Room Blocks
Fairfield: Located just one mile from the reception venue, the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Boston Sudbury is the main hotel at which we have secured a special rate room block, and is the only hotel in Sudbury. Please book through the link below only to secure our group rate ($139/night) and ensure you have the correct reservation. If you have any questions, let us know or contact the Fairfield Inn directly.
Sheraton: Located about 15 minutes from the ceremony and reception venues, this is our secondary hotel, and we have secured a special rate room. Please book through the link below only to secure our group rate ($159/night) and ensure you have the correct reservation. If you have any questions, let us know or contact the Sheraton directly.
Your stay includes complimentary hot breakfast, Wifi and Parking.
Additionally, there are a few rooms available at the Wayside Inn itself, if you are interested in booking one of them, you can read more about them here and reach out to us directly about securing you a room.
Ceremony Transportation
We will be offering a shuttle after the ceremony and through the end of the night. Guests are asked to transport themselves to the ceremony. For guests staying at the Sheraton, please take a taxi or Uber/Lyft to the church, and we’ll provide a shuttle to the Wayside Inn/reception from the church. For guests at the Fairfield, we’ll provide a shuttle from that hotel to the Wayside Inn.
At the end of the night, the shuttle will take trips to return people to the Fairfield. At the conclusion of the reception, interested guests will take the shuttle to the after party. After which, it will then take guests back to the Wayside Inn and Sheraton at the end of the evening.
Transportation
With the St. Zepherin’s Church and the Wayside Inn being in neighboring towns and 45 minutes away from Boston Logan International Airport, those of you traveling from across the country could consider renting a car or paying for a ride share/taxi service. Ubers/Lyft will take you to Sudbury, but then a taxi service may be your only option once you’re here to return to the airport, visit sites in and around Boston, or travel between the Fairfield Inn and St. Zepherin’s. But we cannot guarantee they will be easy to come by.

Things to do.
For those of you wanting to turn a weekend trip into a longer stay, we wanted to share with you a few ideas for how to spend your Friday, Sunday, Monday or beyond.
Sudbury & MetroWest
Sudbury is a quiet, colonial town. If you want to stay close, exploring the grounds of the Wayside Inn Historic District is a great option. For history buffs, consider visiting Minuteman National Park in Concord or the American Heritage Museum in Hudson. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, Mass Audobon’s Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary in Lincoln, Massachusetts Horticultural Society - The Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley, and Walden’s Pond in Concord (of Henry David Thoreau fame) are great options.
Boston
They call it the HUB of the Universe for a reason - there’s something for everyone in Boston! Some of our favorite spots include: Fenway Park for sports fans, Museum of Fine Arts for cultured friends, USS Constitution Museum for history nerds, kayaking on the Charles River for the daring, Trillium Brewery or Sam Adams Brewery (and many others) for the boozers, the Freedom Trail for sightseers, the Seaport for city slickers, Newbury Street for shopaholics, and the Theatre District for music lovers.
